1、When can you receive the products we send you?

There are two types of embroidery in clothing design: outline and full color, and the production time of the two is also different.

Under standard transportation, it takes 7-12 working days from the customer's order to the customer's receipt of the outline clothes; it takes 9-14 working days from the customer's order to the customer's receipt of the full color clothes.

Under urgent delivery, it takes 5-8 working days from the customer's order to the customer's receipt of the outline clothes, and it takes 7-10 working days from the customer's order to the customer's receipt of the full color clothes.

 At present, our embroidery clothes can only be shipped to addresses in six countries/regions: the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Australia, and the delivery time is about 5-14 working days.

 

2、Shipping time and corresponding shipping costs in different countries:

Currently, delivery services are only provided to addresses in six countries/regions: the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Standard shipping: When the order value is between $0 and $68.88, the shipping fee is $7.88; when the order value exceeds or equals $68.88, the shipping fee is free. Shipping time takes 7-14 working days

Expedited shipping: The shipping fee for each order is $14.99. Shipping time takes 5-10 working days.

 

 3、Special reminder:

(1) Our production time may vary during holidays.

(2) You cannot change the delivery address after the order is shipped.

(3) Throughout the entire transaction process, all customs duties related to the market are included in the product's price calculation, so the customer does not need to bear any additional costs.
